How do I get to the Kentucky Equestrian Center (KEC)?

From Lexington, KY.

Take I-64 to Winchester, KY. At exit 96 (KY 627, Paris-Winchester) turn toward Winchester.
At the first stoplight, (KY 1958, Winchester Bypass) turn left. Proceed to KY 15 and turn left.
Proceed eleven miles to at Goff's Corner (KY 974) and turn left. Pass over the Bert T. Combs
Mountain Parkway bridge. Take the first drive to the left. (Arrowhead Lane is on the right) Drive
straight back to the barns …it’s a one lane drive!

From Mount Sterling, KY. (For the closest Hotels)

Take US 460 to KY 686 (Mt. Sterling by-pass) to KY 11. Turn right (south) Go _5.4_ miles to the
second KY 646 marking (Egg Nest Road). Turn right and approximately 3.2 mile to the
end of the road. Turn left onto KY 1960. Proceed until KY 1960 turns right and in approximately 3.2 miles
merge onto KY 974 to the Kentucky Equestrian Center. NOTE: This is a route using narrow country roads and
not suggested suitable for horse trailers larger than a two horse. There is a high lip to the road at the intersection off Egg Nest Road and KY1960, which can damage the underside of low carriage trailers!

From the Bert T. Combs Mountain Parkway.

Traveling north or south, exit the Parkway toward KY 82. (West) at exit 16 (Clay City, KY)
Take KY 15 north 5.8 miles to KY 974 and turn right. Pass over the Bert T. Combs Mountain
Parkway bridge (.7 miles). Take the first drive to the left. Arrowhead Lane is on the right. Drive
straight back to the barns…it’s a one lane drive.
